Over the next 20 years as a certified coach, I experienced the joy of engaging with every age group through to college varsity men’s and women’s teams.

Teaching the x’s and o’s was always an interesting part of the role, but the real reward of coaching came in witnessing how sport inspires, nurtures and builds character.

I’ve since added a coaching certification in Triathlon and work with adults in a swim program. Swimmers receive individualized training and feedback based on their unique needs and aspirations – from the relative newbies whose goal is to get more comfortable in the water, to the dedicated triathletes preparing for high-level competition.

Coaching has been at the centre of my professional life as well. As a strategic communications consultant and business owner since 2002, I’ve supported hundreds of leaders in managing their way through major corporate projects and navigating through high-profile crises.

I’m a certified Integral Master Coach™, which means I’ve invested significant time, money and energy over several years to learn a sophisticated methodology called Integral Coaching®. My clients are senior managers and executives in public and private sector organizations, large and small. Their coaching topics are as unique as they are, most often centring on a specific aspect of their leadership style or a persistent issue at work.
